Former Afghan Foreign Minister Hanif Atmar has called on the International Criminal Court and international human rights organizations to conduct urgent and independent investigations into the alleged war crimes committed by the Pakistani military in Afghanistan.
Atmar stated that what has been carried out by the Pakistani military in Afghanistan should be investigated according to international law, and those responsible should be held accountable. He also urged international bodies to take practical measures to prevent human rights violations.
