Recent pictures of Afghan cricket star Rashid Khan alongside his son, Azlan, following his outstanding performance in the UK's 'The Hundred' league, have sparked widespread engagement on social media and received an enthusiastic response from fans.
Rashid Khan, playing for Trent Rockets (or MI London), delivered a stellar performance on Sunday, August 2, against Manchester Originals (or Super Giants). He secured 5 wickets while conceding just 17 runs, earning the Player of the Match title.
In one of the published photos, Rashid Khan is seen holding his son Azlan while standing on the cricket pitch. Captured right after the conclusion of the match, the picture quickly went viral across sports pages and social media platforms.
Sharing these photographs, Rashid Khan noted that this was the very first time his son had watched him play live in person. He described the day as one of the most memorable moments of his life, calling the match's success combined with his child's presence a truly special experience.
