The first National and International telecommunications and information Technology exhibition was inaugurated yesterday at the Afghanistan international exhibition center.
According to the Taliban, the exhibition will continue for five days, during which telecommunications companies and organizations affiliated with the information Technology sector will showcase their products, services, and achievements.
This comes at a time when many citizens across the country continue to raise concerns about weak telecommunications network coverage, poor internet quality, and challenges in service delivery.
The Taliban, however, say that they have installed more than 400 telecommunications sites to expand access to telecommunications services for people in remote areas and are working to further improve the quality of these services.
