Jamaluddin Mabrur also attended the ceremony, and employees were urged to cooperate fully with the new head.
Ahmad Shah Baba International Airport in Kandahar is one of the important transportation hubs in the southern region of the country. In recent years, the process of appointing key officials through direct decrees has often been accompanied by debates about the transparency of administrative procedures and the level of participation in decision-making.
