Iran’s ambassador to Kabul, Alireza Bikdeli, says his country is actively participating in all of Afghanistan’s economic programs.
Bikdeli made the remarks while attending Afghanistan’s first International Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition. He said that 50 Iranian companies are participating in the exhibition, showcasing a range of agricultural products and equipment.
The Taliban’s Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock said the five-day exhibition opened in Kabul on Tuesday, August 11.
According to the ministry, the exhibition aims to create market opportunities for products produced by Afghan farmers and livestock owners, as well as to facilitate the exchange of experience, professional innovations, and information among stakeholders in the agriculture and livestock sectors.
