The Taliban’s Nangarhar Police Command has announced that a man shot and killed his father following a verbal altercation in Khogyani district of the province.
Sayed Tayeb Hamad, spokesperson for the Taliban’s Nangarhar Police Command, said the incident occurred on Tuesday evening (13 Asad) in the Lokarkhail area of Khogyani district.
According to Hamad, the suspect has been arrested and has confessed to committing the crime.
Hamad did not disclose further details about the suspect, the victim, or the cause of the argument.
