In Barkhan District of Pakistan’s Balochistan province, at least 12 people have been killed in two separate clashes between Pakistani forces and militants. The Pakistan Army said these clashes occurred during clearance operations in areas related to Noshim.
According to the army’s public relations department, security forces conducted operations against the militants, resulting in the deaths of seven militants.
The Pakistan Army also confirmed that five security personnel, including a senior military officer, were killed in these clashes.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for these attacks and clashes, but similar incidents have previously occurred in Balochistan.
