Local sources in the Saranan area of Pishin District, Balochistan, say that two drone strikes were carried out in the area.
Hurriyat, a media outlet affiliated with the Taliban, has claimed that the strikes targeted positions belonging to ISIS and armed groups opposed to the Taliban.
Local residents reported hearing gunfire in the Saranan area following the strikes.
According to available information, one of the strikes hit the building of a former girls’ school, injuring three individuals identified as Watan Dost, Enayatullah, and Barat.
Independent sources have not yet fully verified the circumstances of the strikes or confirmed the extent of any casualties.
