Sky News reports that an Afghan asylum seeker in West London has admitted to stabbing two people.
According to the report, 23-year-old Safi Dawood faces charges of murder of one individual and attempted murder of his landlord and a 14-year-old boy.
The report states that the defendant admitted to charges related to causing “serious bodily harm” to his landlord and “bodily harm” to the 14-year-old boy.
The incident occurred on October 27 of last year. According to statements made in court, after attacking the two victims, the defendant approached one of the witnesses with a knife, but a neighbor struck him with a cane, forcing him to retreat.
In a previous court session, it was mentioned that the defendant had attacked a man walking with his dog, and the man died at the scene from several knife wounds.
Sky News also reported that the defendant has not yet admitted to the murder charge, and the judicial process for this case is ongoing.
