Local sources in Kunar province say that unidentified individuals have killed a child in Asadabad city, the provincial center.
According to sources, the child was abducted yesterday, and his body was found today, Sunday, 20th of Sawr, in the Nawabad area of Asadabad city.
Sources added that the child’s name was “Usman,” and so far, the motive for his abduction and killing has not been determined.
According to local sources, the child’s family had no enmity with any individual or group, and the reason for this incident remains unclear.
Local Taliban officials in Kunar province have not yet commented on the incident.
