Sources in the city of Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province, have told Tolo News that a student named Fazal Azim has taken his own life due to financial difficulties.
According to the sources, Fazal Azim was a tenth-semester student at the Faculty of Medicine and ended his life as a result of severe financial and livelihood hardships.
So far, local Taliban officials have not issued any official response regarding the incident and have neither confirmed nor denied its details.
