Local sources in Logar province say that four members of a family have been killed in a mysterious incident in the province. The incident took place last evening in the “Faizikala” area of the Hesarak village, near the center of Logar province.
According to the sources, armed, masked individuals entered the family’s home and shot and killed Musa, his wife, and their two young sons. The attackers fled the scene after carrying out the assault.
Taliban security forces arrived at the scene this morning and have begun an investigation. However, the perpetrators of the murder have not yet been identified.
The sources added that the motive behind the incident remains unclear, and no individual or group has claimed responsibility for it.
The increase in such incidents in recent months has raised concerns among local residents, who are calling for improved security and accountability from the authorities.
