Indian cinema superstar Aamir Khan is reportedly set to marry his girlfriend, Gauri Spratt, for the third time tomorrow (July 5).
According to Indian media reports, the wedding ceremony will be held in a simple and private manner at Aamir Khan’s residence in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai. Only close family members from both sides and a small circle of close friends are expected to attend.
This will be Aamir Khan’s third marriage. He was previously married to Reena Dutta and later to Kiran Rao; both marriages ended in separation.
Aamir Khan had earlier stated that he wished to keep his new marriage away from media attention and formal celebrations, and to hold the ceremony in a simple and family-oriented setting.
It is also worth noting that Aamir Khan’s family is believed to have ancestral Pashtun roots, tracing back to the Pashtun regions.
