The Taliban Ministry of Interior claims that at least 75 people have been arrested in connection with the trafficking and sale of narcotics across 14 different provinces.
In a statement released on Sunday, the ministry stated that the operation was carried out by the Anti-Narcotics Police, covering the eastern, southern, central, and northern provinces.
According to officials, a quantity of narcotics was also seized from the arrested individuals during the operation, but no details have been provided regarding the exact type and amount.
