Radhika Reddy, a renowned Bangladeshi film actress and model, has been found dead at her home in Dhaka, the country’s capital.
According to Bangladeshi media reports, Reddy’s body was found at a residence in the Bashundhara area of Dhaka.
Police said that after receiving a report of the incident, security forces arrived at the scene and took the actress’s body, which was found hanging from a ceiling fan, to a hospital for a forensic examination.
According to police, Reddy’s mother named her friend, Haseebur Rahman, in a complaint filed in connection with the incident. Police have arrested Haseebur Rahman and presented him before a court.
Authorities said investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident and all aspects of the case are ongoing. The exact cause of Radhika Reddy’s death has not yet been officially confirmed, and police are awaiting the results of the forensic examination and ongoing investigations.
