Donald Trump announced that Iran’s oil wells could face serious consequences, as he stated that the country’s oil storage capacity is approaching its limit. He described this situation as posing potential risks to the oil infrastructure.
Trump further stated that any disruption in the natural flow of oil could lead to complex technical problems. According to him, such conditions could make the extraction and operation processes significantly more difficult.
He also added that a mechanical halt of underground oil flow, in some cases, could cause extensive damage to the facilities. Trump emphasized that such incidents could severely limit the full recovery of resources.
According to Trump, even if the situation is managed, a complete return to previous conditions is unlikely, and only a portion of the production capacity could be restored. He regarded this as a major challenge for any country’s oil system.
In another part of his remarks, Trump addressed broader issues, stating that, in his view, Iran will not acquire nuclear weapons. These statements align with his previous positions on Iran’s nuclear program.
