Afghanistan produced a dominant performance in the second match of the five-match ODI series against Ireland, defeating the opposition by 92 runs.
Afghanistan batted first and set Ireland a target of 300 runs. However, the Irish batsmen were unable to reach the target and were bowled out for 207 runs in 33.4 overs.
For Afghanistan, Rashid Khan completely dismantled Ireland’s batting lineup, taking six wickets. Azmatullah Omarzai claimed two wickets, while Fazalhaq Farooqi took one.
The third ODI between the two teams in the series will be played next Monday.
