The large state-owned enterprises under the Taliban’s rule say that the Wadi Agricultural Company has planted citrus orchards on 22,500 jeribs of land in Nangarhar province.
According to this administration, the orchards were established with the aim of promoting agriculture, increasing domestic production, and providing employment opportunities.
Officials add that this project will have a positive impact on the region’s economic situation and will lead to self-sufficiency in agricultural products.
