According to sources, the incident took place on Tuesday around 10 a.m. at one of the sections of the Taliban Ministry of Interior in Kabul. No further details have been released about the circumstances of the incident.
Local sources have claimed that religious and ethnic tensions played a role in the case. They stated that Farid Nasrat was a follower of the Ismaili Shia sect.
According to the provided information, Farid Nasrat was originally from the Shighnan district in Badakhshan province and worked as an employee at the Taliban Ministry of Interior.

This incident comes after the Organization for Tolerance reported, in a report titled “The Human Rights Situation of Ismaili Shiites in Afghanistan,” about the discrimination and violation of the rights of this religious minority in recent years.
