In a collision between two trains in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, at least four people have been killed and 38 others injured.
International media reported on the night of Monday, April 27, that the incident occurred in Bekasi, near Jakarta.
Indonesian railway officials announced that the accident happened between a commuter train and a long-distance passenger train at the Bekasi station.
Authorities stated that all 240 passengers on the long-distance train are safe, but the exact number of passengers on the other train is not yet confirmed.
Meanwhile, an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the collision, and passenger services on this route have been disrupted until further notice.
