Donald Trump, the President of the United States, stated in an interview with reporters that there is a possibility of resuming attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran. He mentioned that such a scenario is still on the table and cannot be ruled out.
Trump also commented on the situation in Iran’s southern ports, describing the actions taken as “a very friendly blockade.” These remarks come at a time when tensions in the region remain significant.
In another part of his speech, the President referred to the possibility of reaching an agreement with Iran and mentioned that he had been provided with an explanation of “the concept of an agreement.” According to him, the precise text of this proposal will soon be given to him for review.
Trump once again claimed that Iran’s leadership is “facing difficulty in selecting their leader,” a statement he has made before, which has sparked reactions.
He also wrote on the social media platform Truth Social that he would soon review Iran’s proposed plan, but expressed doubt, saying that it does not seem like this plan would be acceptable.
